加氢裂化反应系统原始开工过程优化及可行性分析

摘要
在行业内首次提出加氢裂化装置反应系统原始开工优化方案,具体为增加反应器大跨线临时流程,用于反应系统氮气气密、反应炉烘炉以及反应系统干燥,将两台反应器切出反应系统,打破传统、提前装填反应催化剂,节约 10 余天的原始开工时间.以某大型炼化企业新建 400 万t·a-1 加氢裂化装置为例,进行了装置原始开工网络优化方案的探讨及可行性分析,特别是对反应器热态考察进行了量化分析,对各加氢及加氢裂化装置的原始开工均有很好的借鉴意义.
Abstract
An optimization scheme was proposed for the initial start-up of the reaction system of hydrocracking unit for the first time in the industry,specifically,including installing a temporary large cross-line over two reactors in the reaction system of a hydrogenation cracking unit before the original start-up for the nitrogen leak test for the reaction system,reaction furnace drying,and drying of reaction system.Installing this temporary cross-line could cut out the two reactors from the reaction system making it possible for loading catalysts in advance,which not only broke through the traditional process but also saved more than 10-day start-up time.Moreover,taking a new-built 4 Mt·a-1 hydrogenation cracking unit in a large refining enterprise as a prototype,the optimization of the original start-up network was further investigated,the feasibility of installing the temporary cross-line was analyzed,and especially a quantitative analysis of the reactor thermal state investigation was carried out.This research has great influence in guiding the start-up network for both hydrogenation and hydrocracking units.
