摘要

采用水热合成法制备了 CuFeO2 催化剂,并将其应用于低阶煤的催化加氢裂解,将所得反应混合物利用石油醚进行萃取.采用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC/MS)分析可溶物的组成和结构特征.结果表明:水热合成法制备的CuFeO2 催化剂是纳米级的CuFeO2 颗粒;GC/MS检测到的化合物可以划分为4个族组分,分别为脂肪烃、芳烃、含氧化合物和含氮化合物,其中芳烃的相对含量最高.研究结果对于低阶煤在温和条件下的清洁高效转化具有一定的理论指导作用.

Abstract

CuFeO2 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method and applied in catalytic hydrocracking of low-rank coal under mild conditions,and the reaction mixture was extracted with petroleum ether.The composition and structural characteristics of soluble portion were analyzed with gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer(GC/MS).The results showed that the CuFeO2 catalyst prepared by hydrothermal synthesis was nano-sized CuFeO2 particles.The compounds detected with GC/MS could be divided into four categories,including aliphatic hydrocarbons,arenes,oxygen-containing compounds,and nitrogen-containing compounds,of which arenes had the highest relative content.The research provides theoretical guidance for the clean and efficient conversion of low-rank coal under mild conditions.
