红外光谱法分析聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的合成

以聚异丁烯丁二酸酐、氨基水杨酸为主要原料,合成了聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,采用红外光谱对反应物聚异丁烯丁二酸酐进行分析,计算出目标产物聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的摩尔质量.同时利用红外光谱对产物进行分析,确定产物为目标产物并分析其中目标产物聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的相对纯度,在此基础上考察了反应物的酸酐比和反应时间对产物相对纯度的影响,得到反应物的酸酐比为 1.2∶1.0、反应时间为 6 h是最佳合成条件,产物中聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的相对纯度可达到94.8%.
Synthesis of Polyisobutylene Succinimides Based on Infrared Spectroscopy
The polyisobutylene succinic anhydride and aminosalicylic acid were used as main materials to synthesize polyisobutylene succimide.The molar mass of polyisobutylene succimide was calculated by analyzing the reactants with infrared spectrum.At the same time,infrared spectrum was used to analyze the product to identify the target product and the relative purity of product.Based on these,the influence of acid-anhydride ratio and reaction time on the relative purity was investigated.The optimum reaction condition was determined as follows:the acid-anhydride ratio of the reactants 1.2∶1.0,and the reaction time 6 h.Under above conditions,the relative purity could achieve 94.8%.
