Study on Adsorption of Heavy Metal Ions by Modified Dredged Sediment of Songpu Branch Canal
Rivers in China produce a large amount of dredged sediment every year, which not only occupies land resources, but also has a significant impact on the environment. The secondary utilization of sediment is particularly important.Based on the principle of using waste to control waste, and in order to improve the value of sediment resource utilization, taking dredged sediment from the Songpu Branch Canal of the Songhua River as object, its resource utilization was carried out.Firstly, poly AA-FA was prepared using acrylic acid and fumaric acid as raw materials, ammonium persulfate as initiator, and poly AA-FA phosphate was obtained by neutralization with disodium hydrogen phosphate. The pyrolysis dredged sediment was modified using poly AA-FA phosphate to prepare poly AA-FA modified Songpu Branch Canal dredged sediment.Research has found that poly AA-FA modified dredging sediment of Songpu Branch Canal has strong adsorption effect on heavy metal ions. When the mass fraction of the added amount was 9%,the highest ability to remove ions reached 99%,and the ability to remove different ions in descending order was Ni2+,Pb2+,Cr3+.
