Study on Treatment of Electrodesalting Wastewater by Low Oxygen Aeration Process
Considering the problems of poor impact resistance, long process and high energy consumption in the existing biochemical treatment process of electrodesalting wastewater,a low oxygen aeration treatment process was proposed.By controlling HRT of 16 h,sludge reflux ratio of 80%and DO of 0.7~0.8 mg·L-1,the low oxygen aeration process was successfully started. After treatment, the effluent COD could be stably controlled below 60 mg·L-1,ammonia nitrogen was below 2.0 mg·L-1,and total nitrogen was below 15.0 mg·L-1.Under the impact condition, the stable control of DO was realized by automatically adjusting the aerated air volume, and the inlet water was diluted with a large proportion of internal circulation to ensure the stable operation of the system. The proportion of heterotrophic bacteria in the system was lower than that of inoculated sludge, and the proportion of autotrophic bacteria was higher.Thiobacillus and anaerobic ammoxidation bacteria became the main denitrifier, and the autotrophic denitrification process was established.
