微球/聚合物复配体系性能评价及机理分析

为探究聚合物和微球之间相互作用规律,利用扫描电镜对微球和"微球+聚合物"复配体系进行了微观结构观测,利用布氏黏度计对微球溶液、聚合物溶液和"微球+聚合物"复配体系增黏性能进行了评价.在此基础上,对比了聚合物溶液与"聚合物、微球段塞注入"方式的封堵性能.实验结果表明:15 天后的"微球+聚合物"复配体系具有致密线网状微观结构.在微球质量分数不变时,"微球+聚合物"复配体系黏度增幅随聚合物质量分数增加而增加;在2 000×10-3 μm2、3 000×10-3 μm2 和5 000×10-3 μm2,渗透率条件下,与单独注入聚合物相比,"微球+聚合物"复配体系段塞注入方式阻力系数更低,可有效控制注入压力;"微球+聚合物"复配体系在具备良好注入性能的同时,封堵率与单独注入聚合物方式接近,分别为98.82%、98.40%和 72.50%.
Performance Evaluation and Mechanism Analysis of Microsphere/Polymer Compound System
In order to explore the interaction between polymer and microsphere,the microstructure of microsphere and"microsphere + polymer"complex system was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the viscosity increasing ability of microsphere solution,polymer solution and"microsphere + polymer"complex system was evaluated by using Brookfield Viscometer.On this basis,the plugging performance of polymer solution was compared with that of polymer and microsphere slug injection.The experimental results showed that the"microsphere + polymer"composite system after 15 days had a dense network microstructure.When the mass fraction of microspheres remained constant,the viscosity of the composite system increased with the increase of polymer mass fraction.At the permeability conditions of 2 000×10-3 μm2,3 000×10-3 μm2 and 5 000×10-3 μm2,compared with polymer injection alone,the slug injection method of"microsphere + polymer"system had lower resistance coefficient and could effectively control the injection pressure.The"microsphere + polymer"compound system had good injection performance and the plugging rate was close to that of polymer injection alone,which was 98.82%,98.40%and 72.50%,respectively.
