X区块一类油层聚驱后化学驱提高采收率研究

X 区块一类油层中聚驱后形成优势渗流通道,油层水淹情况严重.为了进一步提高区块动用程度及采收率,采用数值模拟方法对比不同井网重构及化学驱开发效果,结合经济效益优选适合目标区块的提高采收率方法.结果表明:低初黏凝胶可有效封堵优势渗流通道,降低油层水淹程度,聚驱后化学驱可有效提高采收率.综合开发效果和经济效益采取分流线加密油井结合加入低初黏凝胶调堵剂的弱碱三元复合驱体系进一步挖潜聚驱后剩余油,提高采收率8.78%.
Study on Enhanced Oil Recovery of Class Ⅰ Reservoirs in Block X by Chemical Flooding after Polymer Flooding
The dominant seepage channel was formed in the first class oil layer in Block X after polymer flooding,and the oil layer was seriously flooded.In order to further improve the producing degree and recovery factor of the block,the numerical simulation method was used to compare the reconstruction of different well patterns and the development effect of chemical flooding,and the method of improving recovery factor suitable for the target block was selected in combination with economic benefits.The results showed that the low initial viscosity gel could effectively block the dominant seepage channel,reduce the water flooded degree of the reservoir,and chemical flooding after polymer flooding could effectively improve oil recovery.Based on comprehensive development effect and economic benefit,the weak alkali ASP flooding system of infilling oil wells with distributary lines and adding low initial viscosity gel plugging agent was adopted to further tap the remaining oil after polymer flooding,and the oil recovery was improved by 8.78%.
