TP321焊接过程产生层间结晶裂纹和表面液化裂纹的原因和预防措施

加氢装置因为高温、高压、临氢的特殊环境,使加热炉进出口、反应器进出口、高压换热器进出口管线不得不选用TP321 或者TP347 材质.但在装置建设过程中,工期紧、焊接环境差、焊工水平层次不齐、焊材成分和可焊接操作性差、对热输入和层间温度控制较苛刻等原因,使得在焊接过程中出现热裂纹等焊接质量问题.为保证TP321材质管道焊接质量,对产生以上质量问题原因进行简要阐述,保证焊接过程合适的热输入、应用合格焊材、保证焊缝组织铁素体含量,从而保证装置试压、开停工过程的安全与稳定性.
Causes and Preventive Measures of Interlayer Crystallization Cracks and Surface Liquefaction Cracks During TP321 Welding Process
Due to the special environment of high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen in hydrogenation unit,the pipelines at the inlet and outlet of the heater,reactor and high-pressure heat exchanger have to be made of TP321 or TP347.However,in the process of device construction,due to tight construction period,poor welding environment,uneven level of welders,poor welding material composition and weldability,and harsh control of heat input and interlayer temperature,welding quality problems such as hot cracks occur in the welding process.In order to ensure the welding quality of TP321 pipes,the causes of the above quality problems were briefly described to ensure proper heat input during the welding process,the application of qualified welding materials,and the ferrite content of the weld structure,so as to ensure the safety and stability of the pressure test,startup and shutdown process of the device.
