Optimization of Coal Particle Flow Detection by LIBS With Cylindrical Spatial Confinement
In order to improve the quality of spectral signals and the reliability of detection results,a cylindrical spatial confinement was designed according to the characteristics of particle flow detection. And its effectiveness was analyzed when applied to the direct detection of coal particle flow by LIBS.The absolute intensity, signal to noise ratios(SNRs)and pulse-to-pulse relative standard deviations(RSDs)of characteristic spectral lines of some important elements in coal before and after the addition of confinement were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the cylindrical space constraint could effectively improve the spectral intensity and signal repeatability of LIBS detection of coal particle flow,so as to improve the reliability of detection.
