含油污泥热化学清洗剂复配研究

采用热化学清洗法处理含油污泥,对不同类型的化学清洗药剂进行单剂筛选和复配优化,考察了不同热化学清洗药剂配方对含油污泥的除油效果,并对热化学清洗的主要工艺条件进行了研究和优化.结果表明:在单独使用的清洗剂中,硅酸钠表现出了最佳的除油效果,清洗后油泥的残油率为16%;复配清洗药剂中阴离子型-碱性无机盐-碱的清洗药剂组合的清洗效果最好,即十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)+Na2SiO3+KOH,清洗后油泥的残油率仅为 4.55%,表明不同类型清洗药剂的复配可以显著提升热化学清洗效果.考察了各操作条件对含油污泥热化学清洗除油效果的影响,最优的清洗条件为热洗温度75℃、液固比5∶1、热洗时间90 min、搅拌速率400 r·min-1.
Research on Compounding of Thermochemical Cleaning Agents for Oily Sludge
Thermochemical cleaning method was used to treat oily sludge,and single agent screening and compound optimization on different types of chemical cleaning agents were carried out.The oil removal effect of different thermochemical cleaning agent formulations on oily sludge was investigated,and the main process conditions of thermochemical cleaning were studied and optimized.The results showed that Na2SiO3 had the best oil removal effect among single cleaning agents,and the residual oil rate of the cleaned oil sludge was 16%;The combination of anionic alkaline inorganic salt alkaline cleaning agents had the best cleaning effect among the complex cleaning agents,namely sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(LAS)+Na2SiO3+KOH,the residual oil rate of the cleaned sludge was only 4.55%,indicating that the combination of different types of cleaning agents could significantly improve the thermal and chemical cleaning effect;Meanwhile,the influence of various operating conditions on the oil removal efficiency of thermochemical cleaning of oily sludge was investigated.The optimal cleaning conditions were as follows:75℃ hot washing temperature,5∶1 liquid-solid ratio,90 min hot washing time,and 400 r·min-1 stirring rate.
