Effect of Grafting Different Amino Acids on Scale Inhibition Performance of Polyaspartic Acid Scale Inhibitor
In the oilfield production process, the problem of scaling brings huge losses to oilfield enterprises.Common methods of dealing with scaling are roughly divided into physical methods, tool methods and chemical methods.Using physical method and tool method to treat the scaling problem has the defects of high cost and low scale removal efficiency, and the chemical method is widely used because of its simple operation, low dosage and good effect. In recent years, with the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, polyaspartic acid scale inhibitors have been widely studied. In this paper, polysuccinamide(PSI)was synthesized using maleic anhydride and ammonium carbonate as raw materials, and on this basis, serine, glutamic acid and tyrosine were grafted and their scale inhibition properties were studied. The experimental results showed that the scale inhibition efficiency of glutamic acid grafted modified polymer(GUL-PASP)was 100%,which had excellent scale inhibition performance.
