Research on Combined Technology of FCC Slurry Sedimentation and Inorganic Membrane Solid Phase Removal
FCC(Fluid Catalytic Cracking)slurry contains a large amount of solid impurities that are hard to separate, which seriously limits its comprehensive utilization. The FCC slurry inorganic membrane solid phase removal technology developed by Sinopec(Dalian)Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd.has been applied in many enterprises, such as Sinopec,Petrochina,CNOOC,etc. The purified slurry meets the requirements of blending low-sulfur marine fuel oil and producing carbon materials, and the device achieves long-term stable operation. In order to further reduce the investment cost of inorganic membrane solid phase removal device and improve the operation cycle of the device, the solid phase removal effect of catalytic slurry sedimentation under different process conditions was investigated, and the economy of catalytic slurry"sedimentation-inorganic membrane desolidifying"combined technology and inorganic membrane solid phase removal technology were compared, and an economical and efficient catalytic slurry combined solid phase removal technology was proposed. With the combined process, the solid mass fraction of the purified slurry was 42 mg·kg-1 and the ash content was less than 0.01%,the metal mass fraction was 3.02 mg·kg-1 all indicators met the requirements of comprehensive utilization of catalytic slurry. It was estimated that the 300 kt·a-1 catalytic slurry inorganic film solid phase removal device adopted the combined process, the number of inorganic film tubes was reduced by 40%,the investment in inorganic film devices was reduced by 26.7%,and the operating cost of inorganic film devices was further reduced and the operating cycle of devices was extended.
