Study on Stability of 20 000 m3 Composite Floating Roof During Oil Receiving and Sending Process
The rise and fall of the liquid during the oil receiving and sending operation have an impact load on the floating roof, which may cause deformation of the floating roof.To study the mechanical response of the floating roof under the impact load of receiving and sending oil,the multi physical field coupling software was used to establish the solid model of the floating roof and the liquid model of the oil based on the basic parameters of the floating roof and the oil.Considering the influence of liquid level sloshing, the influence of different liquid level heights and oil receiving and sending speeds on the stability of floating roof was analyzed. The results showed that the impact load of receiving and sending oil on the floating roof was concentrated in the range of 1 m to 6 m from the oil receiving and sending holes. With the stability of receiving and sending oil,the impact load was significantly reduced, and the impact of receiving and sending oil on the stability of the floating roof was small.
