Study on Reaction Regulation of Straight-run Diesel Hydrocracking to Produce Chemical Raw Materials and Jet Fuel
The effects of volumetric space velocity, reaction pressure, and cracking reaction temperature on the distribution and properties of straight run diesel hydrocracking products were investigated. It was shown that under the same reaction temperature and pressure conditions, when the cracking volume space velocity increased from 0.50 h-1 to 1.25 h-1,the aromatic potential of heavy naphtha increased from 47.5%to 55.8%,the smoke point of jet fuel fraction decreased from 26.0 mm to 22.0 mm,and the BMCI of diesel fraction>260℃ increased from 13.92 to 16.14.Under the condition of constant reaction temperature and volume space velocity, when the reaction pressure was increased from 6 MPa to 8 MPa,the aromatic potential of heavy naphtha decreased from 62.0%to 54.5%,the smoke point of jet fuel increased from 21.2 mm to 23.7 mm,and the BMCI of diesel fractions above 260℃ decreased from 16.13 to 14.63.When the reaction temperature increased from 375℃ to 385℃,the aromatic potential of heavy naphtha decreased from 61.2%to 57.5%,the smoke point of jet fuel increased from 23.2 mm to 25.5 mm,and the BMCI of diesel fractions above 260℃ decreased from 22.27 to 16.95.Therefore,the heavy naphtha fraction produced by direct run diesel hydrocracking was a high-quality catalytic reforming feedstock, and the diesel fraction above 260℃ could be used as a steam cracking feedstock for ethylene production.By controlling appropriate reaction conditions, qualified 3#jet fuel could also be produced..
