Thermodynamic Study on One-step Synthesis of Acetone into MIBK Reaction System
The thermodynamic study of the one-step synthesis of acetone into MIBK reaction system was carried out.The reaction enthalpy,reaction entropy,Gibbs free energy and equilibrium constant of the main and secondary reactions in the system at 80~260℃ were calculated.The results showed that in a given temperature range,the main and secondary reactions of the acetone condensation hydrogenation system were exothermic reactions,and the heat release of the main reaction was relatively small.As the temperature increased,the main reaction always proceeded spontaneously,and the equilibrium constant was always greater than 1.The equilibrium constant of the side reaction decreased gradually,and when the reaction temperature was higher than 110℃,the side reaction was not spontaneous.
