碳酸钙对三聚氰胺脲醛树脂胶黏剂性能的影响

三聚氰胺脲醛(MUF)树脂在我国的应用十分广泛.为了通过使用少量的改性剂对 MUF 树脂胶合强度和耐水性等方面起到较积极作用,利用 200 目(0.074 mm)碳酸钙粉体作为MUF树脂的改性剂,采用普通脲醛树脂合成工艺制备改性MUF树脂,改性剂用量仅为树脂总质量的 0.5%.测试各组树脂的理化性能,同时测试了使用树脂制备中密度纤维板的物理力学性能.结果表明:碳酸钙的加入显著提升了 MUF 树脂的黏度和固化时间;碳酸钙作为改性剂能显著提升MUF树脂制备纤维板的各项力学性能,其MOR提升超过15%,至39.23 MPa;改性MUF树脂制备板材的耐水性能也有所提升.
Effect of calcium carbonate on the properties of melamine urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive
Melamine urea-formaldehyde(MUF)resin is widely used in China.In order to use a small amount of modifier to play a positive role in the adhesion strength and water resistance of MUF resin,200 mesh(0.074 mm)calcium carbonate powder was used as a modifier for MUF resin.Modified MUF resin was prepared using common urea formaldehyde resin synthesis process,and the amount of modifier was only 0.5%of the total mass of the resin.The physical and chemical properties of each group of resins were tested,and the physical and mechanical properties of the medium density fiberboard prepared by the resins were also tested.The results showed that the addition of calcium carbonate significantly increased the viscosity and curing time of MUF resin;Calcium carbonate could significantly improve the mechanical properties of the fiberboards,MOR increase was more than 15%to 39.23 MPa;The water resistance of the modified MUF resin bonded plates was also improved.
