新型水基钻完井液降滤失剂作用机理及性能评价

为了深入探讨新型水基钻完井液降滤失剂的作用机理及其在高压高温(HTHP)和高盐分环境下的性能表现,通过对 3 种不同降滤失剂 HTS200、PAC-HV和 FA-367 进行系统性评价,研究了它们的微观结构、分散性能以及抗极端环境能力.结果表明:降滤失剂 A 因其独特的网状分子结构,在高压高温和高盐分条件下表现出显著的性能稳定性.具体而言,降滤失剂 A 在高温(200℃)和高压(10 MPa)条件下的滤失率仅增加了 13.6%,而在 10%的盐分条件下增加了 9.7%.相比之下,降滤失剂B和C在同样条件下的性能下降更为显著,分别增加至 28.2%和 36.8%,及 23.0%和 27.5%.这些结果表明,降滤失剂A的优越性能可为深水钻探和复杂地质条件下的钻井作业提供有效的滤失控制.研究的发现强调了在设计降滤失剂时考虑其微观作用机理的重要性,同时为提高降滤失剂在极端环境下的适应性提供了有价值的指导.
Mechanism and Performance Evaluation of New Filtrate Reducer for Water-based Drilling and Completion Fluid
In order to deeply explore the mechanism of new water-based filtrate reducer for drilling and completion fluids and its performance in high pressure and high temperature(HTHP)and high salinity environment,three different filtrate reducers HTS200,PAC-HV and FA-367 were systematically evaluated,and their microstructure,dispersibility and extreme environmental resistance were studied.The results showed that filtrate reducer A had remarkable performance stability under high pressure,high temperature and high salinity because of its unique network molecular structure.Specifically,the filtration rate of filtrate reducer A only increased by 13.6%at high temperature(200℃)and high pressure(10 MPa),while it increased by 9.7%at 10%salinity.In contrast,the performance of filtrate reducer B and C decreased more significantly under the same conditions,increasing to 28.2%and 36.8%,and 23.0%and 27.5%respectively.These results showed that the superior performance of filtrate reducer A could provide effective filtrate control for deep water drilling and drilling operations under complex geological conditions.The findings of the study emphasize the importance of considering the micro-mechanism when designing filtrate reducer,and provide valuable guidance for improving the adaptability of filtrate reducer in extreme environment.
