沿长江某企业油品码头装船期间排气综合治理技术应用分析

通过分析油品码头装船期间排放废气的性质,对比各种VOCs废气治理技术,并针对沿长江某企业油品码头装船排气气量、浓度波动大的特点,最终确定采用了"低温柴油吸收-总烃浓度均化-催化氧化"工艺治理航煤、石脑油等物料的装船排气,采用"总烃浓度均化-催化氧化"工艺治理对二甲苯等物料的装船排气.装置运行的主要操作条件为:柴油吸收塔内操作温度为 5~15℃,操作压力为 0.2 MPa(G),催化氧化反应器入口温度为 300~400℃,反应体积空速为 5 000~20 000 h-1.净化气中的污染物非甲烷总烃排放质量浓度小于20 mg·m-3,苯、甲苯和二甲苯排放质量浓度满足各级环保排放标准要求.该废气治理装置每年可回收油气约480 t,环保效益和经济效益非常可观.
Application and Analysis of Comprehensive Treatment Technology of Exhaust Gas During Loading at an Oil Product Terminal of an Enterprise Along the Yangtze River
By analyzing the nature of exhaust gas emitted during loading at oil terminal,comparing various VOCs exhaust gas treatment technologies,and aiming at the characteristics of large fluctuation of exhaust gas volume and concentration on board an oil terminal of an enterprise along the Yangtze River,the process of"low temperature diesel oil absorption-total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation"was finally determined to treat the exhaust gas of jet fuel,naphtha and other materials on board.The process of"total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation"was adopted to treat the exhaust gas of paraxylene and other materials on board ships.The main operating conditions of the unit are as follows:the operating temperature in the diesel absorber is 5~15℃,the operating pressure is 0.2 MPa(G),the inlet temperature of the catalytic oxidation reactor is 300~400℃,and the reaction volume space speed is 5 000~20 000 h-1.The emission mass concentration of pollutants in the purified gas meets the requirements of environmental protection emission standards at all levels,in which the emission mass concentration of non-methane hydrocarbon is less than 20 mg·m-3,and the emission mass concentration of benzene,toluene and xylene is less than the detection limit.The amount of oil and gas recovered by the waste gas treatment device is 480 t·a-1,which has excellent environmental benefits and considerable economic benefits.
