高效润滑剂GLUBE合成评价与现场应用

为了增加开发井的泄油面积,提高单井产量,开发井中大位移井、水平井井型占比逐渐增加.井眼轨迹的变化导致钻井过程中摩阻扭矩增大,起下钻过程中憋扭、阻卡问题频发.因此,室内通过分子设计合成以及性能对比评价,得到能够满足中石油润滑剂产品标准并且润滑性能指标优于常规润滑剂的高效润滑剂GLUBE.根据体系评价结果,优选出润滑剂推荐加量为2%,抗温能够达到180℃,抗盐20%;在钻井作业后期钻屑含量高时,可增加润滑剂加量至 3%.现场应用结果表明,GLUBE在 2%加量下能够降低扭矩 25.49%;在黏卡高风险井段,电缆静止20 min无黏卡现象发生,能够降低测试仪器黏卡风险,确保了后续电测作业安全快速进行,具有良好的推广应用前景.
In order to increase the drainage area of development wells and increase the output of single wells,the proportion of large displacement wells and horizontal wells in development wells is gradually increasing.The change of borehole trajectory leads to the increase of friction and torque during drilling,and the problems of holding in torque and sticking frequently occur during tripping.Therefore,GLUBE,an efficient lubricant that can meet the product standards of CNPC lubricants and whose lubrication performance indexes are better than conventional lubricants,was obtained through molecular design,synthesis and comparative evaluation of performance.According to the results of system evaluation,the recommended addition of lubricant is 2%,the temperature resistance can reach 180℃,and the salt resistance is 20%.When the cuttings content is high at the end of the drilling operation,the lubricant addition can be increased to 3%.The field application results showed that GLUBE could reduce torque by 25.49%at 2%addition.In the high-risk stuck well section,no stuck phenomenon occurred after the cable was stationary for 20 min,which could reduce the risk of sticking of the test instrument and ensure the safe and rapid follow-up electrical measurement operation,and had a good prospect of popularization and application.
