Electrochemical Detection of Pb(Ⅱ)in Chinese Herbal Medicine Based on CoMoSx Nanomaterials
As the popularity of herbal medicines grows worldwide, the safety of Chinese herbal medicine has attracted special attention. For the last few years, the issue of heavy metal ion pollution has worsened as a result of the increase in human production activities, and Chinese herbal medicine is easily contaminated by heavy metal ions in the environment, which may cause a series of health problems after human consumption of contaminated herbal medicine. Therefore, the detection and prevention of heavy metal ion pollution in herbal medicine is urgent. In this paper,CoMoSx nanomaterials were synthesized by a hydrothermal method, and the CoMoSx/GCE sensing interface was constructed for the electrochemical detection of Pb(Ⅱ),with a sensitivity of 71.10 μA·(μmol·L-1)-1.In addition, the CoMoSx nanomaterials showed good stability, reproducibility, and immunity to interference, and were employed as a successful method for the detection of Pb(Ⅱ)in Panax quinquefolium.
