摘要
以二水硫酸钙为原料,通过水热法制备半水硫酸钙晶须,在探究反应温度、反应时间对晶须形貌和尺寸影响基础上,分别系统考察了 Mg2+、Al3+浓度对其形貌和尺寸的影响.实验结果表明:在料浆质量分数为2%、反应温度为160℃、反应时间为6 h条件下制备的产物其平均长度为273.4 μm,平均长径比达到30.4,晶须的形貌为针状且较为均一.在低浓度的 Mg2+存在下,半水硫酸钙晶须的直径小,长径比高;Al3+对半水硫酸钙晶须沿c轴的生长有较强的抑制作用,得到的晶须呈现棒状或者纺锤体状.
Abstract
Using calcium sulfate dihydrate as raw material,a hydrothermal method was employed to prepare calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers.Based on an investigation on the effects of reaction temperature and time on the morphology and size of the whiskers,a systematic study was conducted on the effects of Mg2+ and Al3+ concentrations on the morphology and size of the whiskers.The experimental results showed that under the conditions of slurry mass fraction of 2%,reaction temperature of 160℃,and reaction time of 6 h,the average length of the product prepared was 273.4 μm,and the average length-to-diameter ratio reached 30.4.The whiskers were needle-shaped and relatively uniform.In the presence of low concentrations of Mg2+,the diameter of the whiskers was smaller and the length-to-diameter ratio was higher.Al3+ had a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers along the c axis,resulting in that whiskers were rod-shaped or spindle-shaped.
