Study on Synthesis of ZSM-5 Molecular Sieve by Reducing Template
ZSM-5 molecular sieve has excellent shape selection characteristics and cracking activity,and is widely used in fine chemical synthesis and petroleum refining.At present,the synthesis of hundreds molecular sieve crystals with different topological structures is largely attributed to the use of template,and the use of organic template has adverse effects on the environment and production costs.Therefore,the production process of ZSM-5 molecular sieve with less template was developed.The results showed that,by selecting appropriate nucleation promoter and reducing the amount of organic template,ZSM-5 molecular sieve with qualified physical properties could be successfully synthesized,and the crystallinity of the product was above 90.The optimal synthetic conditions were a heating rate of 90℃·h-1,a stirring mode of 50 r·min-1,an aging time of 90 min,and a feeding rate of 40 g·min-1.The synthetic product was used for the preparation of xylene isomerization catalyst.The average values of the activity and stability index parameters were:PX/∑X=23.73%,EBC=63.90%,which were higher than the current commercial industrial reference catalyst and reached the advanced level in China.
