Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Reduced Graphene Oxide Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic Materials
As an ideal carbon nano material having a three-dimensional network spatial structure, huge specific surface area and good lipophilic and hydrophobic properties, graphene materials are widely used in reinforced polymer materials. In this article, the preparation of oil absorbing materials was introduced by using graphene oxide foaming method, adding graphene oxide(GO)modifiers to polyurethane materials during the foaming process, and then reducing them to prepare reduced graphene oxide oleophilic and hydrophobic materials. The structural characterization and indoor evaluation were carried out with a focus on exploring the influence of graphene oxide concentration on the adsorption performance of the material, the oleophilic and hydrophobic properties of the material, and the static and dynamic oil-water separation efficiency. The advantages and disadvantages of other graphene modified oil absorbing materials,as well as the current problems, were compared and summarized. Finally, the technical advantages of this method were summarized, providing reference for the industrialization of preparing high value-added products using nanomaterials such as GO/CNTs.
