不同摩尔比脲醛树脂的制备及其在刨花板中的运用

摘要
为了探究不同F/U摩尔比在同一制备工艺下对脲醛树脂的影响,采用 0.9、1.0、1.05、1.1 不同摩尔比分别制备脲醛树脂,以此分析脲醛树脂的理化性能,同时为了更好地探索脲醛树脂的应用性,制备刨花板并分析刨花板力学性能.结果表明:1.05摩尔比条件下综合性能最佳.在最佳工艺下制备脲醛树脂游离甲醛质量分数为 0.21%,刨花板板材MOR与MOE为 14.07 MPa和 1 933 MPa,IB为 0.48 MPa,甲醛释放量为2.1 mg·(100 g)-1,所制备刨花板都满足国家标准P2型,该研究为脲醛树脂的制备工艺以及刨花板实际应用生产提供了科学依据.
Abstract
In order to explore the impact of different F/U molar ratios on UF resins under the same preparation process,four different molar ratios of 0.9,1.0,1.05 and 1.1 were used to prepare UF resins to analyze the physical and chemical properties of UF resins.In order to better explore the applicability of UF resins,particleboards were prepared and their mechanical properties were analyzed.The results showed that the comprehensive performance was the best at the molar ratio of 1.05.Under the optimal process,the free formaldehyde mass fraction of UF resin was 0.21%,and the MOR and MOE of particleboard were 14.07 MPa,1 933 MPa,IB was 0.48 MPa,and the formaldehyde emission was 2.1 mg·(100 g)-1.The prepared particleboard met the national standard P2 type.This study provides a scientific basis for the preparation process of UF resin and the practical application and production of particleboard.
