环保型充油胶SBR1723E小试技术研究

结合乳聚丁苯橡胶配方体系和工艺,采用环保型终止剂及环保型高芳烃油研发充油胶SBR1723E.研究了分子量调节剂用量及加入方式对胶乳门尼黏度的影响,聚合配方对产品物性的影响,制备出合格的高门尼基础胶乳;考察了乳化配方及工艺对油乳化效果的影响,填充油乳液与胶乳掺混配方及工艺对掺混效果的影响,制备出性能稳定优异的充油胶小试产品SBR1723E.
Research on Small-scale Trial Technology of Environmentally Friendly Oil Filled Adhesive SBR1723E
Combined with the formulation system and process of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR),an environmentally friendly oil-filled rubber SBR1723E was developed by using environmentally friendly terminators and environmentally friendly high-aromatic hydrocarbon oils.The effects of the dosage and addition method of the molecular weight regulator on the Mooney viscosity of the latex were investigated,as well as the impact of the polymerization formulation on the product properties,and a qualified high Mooney base latex was successfully prepared.The effects of the emulsification formulation and process on the oil emulsification effect were investigated,as well as the effects of the oil emulsion and latex blending formulation and process on the blending effect,a small-scale trial product SBR1723E with excellent performance stability was successfully prepared.
