H区块聚合物驱不同段塞组合交替注入方案研究

随着H区块开发的不断深入,油层的含水率逐渐升高,年产油量逐年降低,但区块整体的剩余油储量较为可观,矿场下一步预计采用聚合物驱挖潜剩余油.基于有效厚度、渗透率等因素将试验区井组划分为4类,注入不同相对分子质量、不同质量浓度的聚合物.考虑梯次降浓段塞组合聚驱情况下,高质量浓度聚合物封堵高渗层,中低质量浓度聚合物更好地驱替中低渗透层的剩余油,从而达到提高波及系数、增大采收率目的.因此设计3种不同段塞组合聚驱方案,优选出试验区适合的段塞组合方式,预测并对比不同方案聚驱效果.数值模拟结果表明:方案 3 是最为合理的聚合物驱油方案,累积增油 5.91×104 t,与常规水驱相比提高采收率10.81%,驱油效果最好,经济效益最高.
Study on Alternative Injection Schemes of Different Slug Combinations for Polymer Flooding in Block H
With the development of H block,the water cut of oil layer increases gradually and the annual oil production decreases year by year,but the remaining oil reserves of the block as a whole are considerable.Based on effective thickness,permeability and other factors,well groups in the test area are divided into four types,injected with different molecular weight,different mass concentration of polymer.In the case of polymer flooding with step-down concentration slug combination,the high mass concentration polymer blocks the high permeability layer,and the middle and low mass concentration polymer can better displace the remaining oil in the middle and low permeability layer,so as to improve sweep efficiency and enhance oil recovery.Therefore,three kinds of polymer flooding schemes with different combination of slugs were designed,and the suitable combination of slugs in the test area was optimized,and the polymer flooding effects of different schemes were predicted and compared.The results of numerical simulation showed that Scheme 3 was the most reasonable polymer flooding scheme,increasing oil accumulation by 5.91×104 t,enhancing oil recovery by 10.81%compared with conventional water flooding.
