渤海A油田酸化解堵实验研究及现场应用

摘要
渤海A油田在开发过程中生产井产液量下降明显,注水井注水压力升高,注水难度大,考虑是地层敏感性矿物和泥质的运移导致孔喉堵塞.针对以上问题,对该油田的地质特点进行研究,分析了地层堵塞原因.在此基础上进行了室内实验,研究出了一套氟硼酸主酸液体系,并通过优化添加剂以改善性能.现场应用表明,对于A7 生产井,采用重垢清洗剂将蜡质、胶质沥青质溶解,用氟硼酸处理剂对地层进行酸化处理,酸化后采液指数明显提高;对于 B6 注水井,采用氟硼酸处理剂和分流液相结合酸化处理,注水压力大幅下降,吸水指数增加明显.
Abstract
During the development process of A oilfield in Bohai Sea,the fluid production of production wells decreased obviously,the water injection pressure of water injection wells increased,and the difficulty of water injection was great.It was considered that the migration of sensitive minerals and mud in formation led to the blockage of pore-throat.In view of the above problems,the geological characteristics of this oilfield were studied,and the reasons for formation plugging were analyzed.On this basis,laboratory experiments were carried out to study a set of main acid system of fluoroboric acid,and the additives were optimized to improve performance through experiments.The field application showed that for A7 production well,heavy scale cleaning agent was used to dissolve wax and gelatinous asphaltine,and fluoroboric acid treating agent was used to acidify the formation,the index of recovered liquid after acidification was obviously increased.For B6 water injection well,using fluoroboric acid treatment agent and split liquid phase combined with acidification treatment,the water injection pressure decreased significantly,and the water absorption index increased significantly.
