摘要
环烷基原油具有低硫、蜡含量低、环烷烃和芳烃含量高的特点,加氢裂化装置在掺炼环烷基蜡油原料时存在着催化剂失硫的风险.通过对国内某加氢裂化装置加工低硫高氮原料的运行情况进行分析,判断装置催化剂产生了失硫现象,结合XPS分析了催化剂失硫的原因,并对装置稳定运行提供了建议.
Abstract
Naphthenic crude oil has the characteristics of low sulfur,low wax content,high naphthenic hydrocarbon and aromatics content,and there is a risk of catalyst sulfur loss in hydrocracking unit when mixing naphthenic wax oil raw materials.In this paper,the operation of a domestic hydrocracking unit processing low sulfur and high nitrogen feed was analyzed,it was determined that the catalyst of the unit had a phenomenon of sulfur loss,the reason of catalyst sulfur loss was analyzed combined with XPS,and suggestions for stable operation of the unit were put forward.
