炼厂装车与污水池VOCs废气协同治理工业应用

介绍了柴油临界吸收-烃浓度均化-催化氧化工艺在某炼厂汽油、航煤火车装车挥发废气及污水池逸散油气协同治理工业装置上的成功应用.装车废气VOCs浓度高、组成复杂、间歇排放、具有燃爆性,同时污水池废气污染物浓度波动频繁且幅度大,废气治理装置规模为600 m3·h-1,废气经过柴油临界吸收-烃浓度均化-催化氧化工艺净化后,排气中油气回收率可达 97%以上,净化气非甲烷总烃<15 mg·m-3,苯、甲苯、二甲苯<1 mg·m-3,实现了VOCs超低排放甚至近零排放,达到了油气回收和达标治理效果,具有明显的环保效益和经济效益.
Industrial Application of Co-treatment of VOCs From Refinery Loading and Sewage Pond
The successful application of the technology of"low-temperature diesel oil absorption-total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation"in an industrial unit for the coordinated treatment of gasoline,the volatile waste gas of aviation coal train loading and the oil and gas escaping from sewage pond was introduced.The loading exhaust gas has the characteristics of high VOCs concentration,complex composition,intermittent discharge,and explosive,and the concentration of pollutants in the waste gas of the sewage tank fluctuates frequently and greatly.The scale of the waste gas treatment device is 600 m3·h-1,and the recovery rate of oil and gas in the exhaust gas can reach over 97%,the total non-methane hydrocarbons in the purified gas was less than 15 mg·m-3,the emission mass concentration of benzene,toluene and xylene was lower than 1 mg·m-3,the ultra-low or near zero emission of VOCs was realized,and the recovery of oil and gas was achieved,having obvious environmental and economic benefits.
