Review on Residue Hydrogenation Process and Simulation of Ebullated Bed
The main characteristics and modeling methods of the ebullated bed residue hydrogenation reactor were summarized,and the main factors affecting the yield of each component of residue hydrogenation were discussed,such as sediment formation,catalyst wearing,catalyst deactivation,and so on.The mathematical modeling of the ebullated bed residue hydrogenation process consists of the following parts:reaction kinetics,fluid mechanics and reactor simulation.After literature investigation,it was found that only a few literatures summarized the modeling of the ebullated bed residue hydrogenation process,but there was no comprehensive summary of the ebullated bed residue hydrogenation process and its model equation.Therefore,it is necessary to make a detailed summary of the ebullated bed residue hydrogenation process and modeling process.At present,more and more people have realized that the modeling of the ebullated bed is very complicated and has attracted more attention.
