Industrial Application and Improvement of Wet Air Oxidation Technology for Spent Caustic Treatment of Ethyl Propane Dehydrogenation
The processing principle,processing flow,operation parameters and industrial operation results of wet oxidation process for treating spent caustic from ethyl propane dehydrogenation to ethylene were introduced,and the problems of design,effluent,tail gas and energy consumption during the operation were analyzed,and some suggestions and solutions were given.The treatment effect of this process on spent caustic of ethyl propane dehydrogenation was introduced in detail.Under the operating conditions of 180~190℃and 2.6~3.0 MPa,the S2-mass concentration of the effluent was less than 1.0 mg·L-1,and the hydrogen sulfide in the exhaust was not detected.The unit runs stably and has remarkable environmental,economic and social benefits.
