Analysis on Long-term Stable Operation of 3.1 Mt·a-1 Fixed Bed Residue Hydrotreating Unit
3.1 Mt·a-1 residue hydrotreating unit in Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.has successfully completed 14 cycles of operation,and the 14th cycle unit A column has achieved 625 d long cycle operation,creating the longest operation record since the start of operation of the unit.Based on the experience of many previous cycles,the 14th cycle of the unit A colunn ensures the long-term stable operation of the unit through the use of S-RHT catalyst system and optimized S-Fitrap grading system,as well as smooth operation.The results show that the contents of sulfur,carbon residue,metal and nitrogen of the hydrogenated products meet the requirements of downstream production,and the residue hydrotreating catalyst and its grading system show good hydrotreating activity and stability,and have strong adaptability to the fluctuations of feedstock properties.
