缩醛作为1,4-丁二醇产品中的主要杂质,难以通过精馏方式分离.缩醛易于氧化显色,影响1,4-丁二醇聚合产品的质量,因此聚合级1,4-丁二醇对缩醛含量的要求≤0.1%(质量分数).对缩醛加氢精制1,4-丁二醇的方法进行了探究,讨论了本工艺对原料的适用性,对影响1,4-丁二醇精制的因素进行了分析与优化,并做了稳定性实验.结果表明:对高沸塔采出的1,4-丁二醇产品进行精制,可以将1,4-丁二醇中的缩醛质量分数降低至0.1%以下,且催化剂稳定性良好.此种1,4-丁二醇精制工艺方法简单,反应条件温和,工艺流程安全环保,有助于1,4-丁二醇生产企业提质增效.
Research on BDO Refining Technology
HBTHF is the main impurity in BDO products, which is difficult to be separated by distillation. The substance is easy to oxidize and develop color, affecting BDO polymerized products' quality. The requirement of acetal content in the polymerized 1, 4-butanediol market is less than 0.1% (mass fraction). In this paper, the method of acetal hydro-refining BDO was studied, the applicability of this process to raw materials was discussed, the factors affecting BDO refining were analyzed and optimized, and the stability experiment was done. The experimental results showed that the acetal mass fraction in BDO was reduced to less than 0.1% by refining 1,4-butanediol from high boiling point tower, and the catalyst had good stability. The BDO refining process is simple, the reaction conditions are mild, the process flow is safe and environmental protection, and it is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of BDO manufacturers.
