壳聚糖/贝壳粉的制备及其对亚甲基蓝吸附性能的研究

摘要
采用壳聚糖液相沉积固定法,以舟山贻贝壳为原料,制备壳聚糖/贝壳粉复合材料,并应用于亚甲基蓝印染废水吸附实验,考察壳聚糖质量分数、吸附剂质量、贝壳粉煅烧温度和吸附时间对吸附效果的影响,并对吸附动力学进行拟合.结果表明:在常温下,采用煅烧温度1000℃的贝壳粉制备的10%的壳聚糖/贝壳粉,在加入0.15 g吸附剂、吸附时间10 h、处理100 mg·L-1的亚甲基蓝溶液时,亚甲基蓝的脱除率和吸附剂的单位吸附量分别为89.22%和44.6 mg·g-1.壳聚糖/贝壳粉的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型.
Abstract
Chitosan/shell powder composite material was prepared with Zhoushan Mussel shell as raw material by the method of chitosan liquid deposition and fixation, and it was applied to the adsorption experiment of methylene blue printing and dyeing wastewater. The effects of the amount of chitosan, the amount of adsorbent, the calcination temperature of shell powder and the adsorption time on the adsorption effect were investigated, and the adsorption kinetics was fitted. The experimental results showed that, under normal temperature, 10% chitosan/shell powder prepared with shell powder at calcination temperature of 1000 ℃ was added with 0.15 g adsorbent for 10 h to treat 100 mg·L-1 methylene blue solution, the removal rate of methylene blue and unit adsorption capacity of adsorbent were 89.22% and 44.6 mg·g-1. The adsorption process of chitosan/shell powder was more consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetic model.
