Study on Factors Affecting Corrosion of Fine Chemical Equipment and Protective Measures
In order to improve the operational efficiency of fine chemical equipment, slow down the corrosion process, and extend its service life, the indoor electrochemical corrosion experiment method was used to evaluate the impact of different factors on the electrochemical corrosion of fine chemical equipment, and targeted corrosion protection measures were proposed. The experimental results showed that, with the increase of experimental temperature, the corrosion potential, corrosion current density and corrosion rate of Q345R steel in working medium first increased and then decreased; The higher the chloride ion concentration, the smaller the corrosion potential, and the greater the corrosion current density and corrosion rate; The higher the pH value of the working medium, the lower the corrosion potential, corrosion current density, and corrosion rate; The chloride ion concentration and pH value had a relatively large impact on the electrochemical corrosion of the target fine chemical equipment. Adding corrosion inhibitor RFJ-2 to the working medium could significantly reduce the electrochemical corrosion rate of Q345R steel. When its dosage was 20 mg·L-1, the corrosion rate was reduced by 92.16%, achieving good corrosion protection effect. The research results can provide some reference for the formulation of anti-corrosion measures for fine chemical equipment.
