摘要
考察了补骨脂种子提取物对烟草促生长作用,为补骨脂种子提取物作为植物生长调节剂的应用提供理论参考.通过盆栽实验探究不同浓度补骨脂种子提取物对烟草生长指标的影响,通过生理生化方法测定补骨脂种子提取物处理后烟草叶片的叶绿素含量及SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性.结果表明:当补骨脂种子提取物稀释2000倍液时促烟草生长效果最佳,烟草的株高、地上鲜重、地上干重、地下鲜重、地下干重均达到最大值;同时植物体内叶绿素含量及SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性显著提高.
Abstract
The effect of Psoralea corylifolia L. seed extract on tobacco growth was investigated, which provided some theoretical reference for applying Psoralea corylifolia L. seed extract as a plant growth regulator. The influences of different concentrations of Psoralea corylifolia L. seed extract on tobacco growth indexes were investigated by pot experiment. The chlorophyll content and SOD, POD, CAT and other antioxidant enzyme activities of tobacco leaves were determined by physiological and biochemical methods. The results showed that when the extract of Psoralea corylifolia L. Seed extract was diluted by 2000 times, the growth of tobacco was the best, the plant height, aboveground fresh weight, aboveground dry weight, underground fresh weight and underground dry weight of tobacco reached the maximum; and the chlorophyll content and the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD, POD, and CAT in plants were significantly increased.
