摘要
VOCs是炼化企业最主要的无组织排放污染物,监测和管控难度大,监管不力易发生厂界超标排放,进而引发环保投诉事件.石化所属炼化企业有为数众多的罐区、油品装卸站台、污水厂、生产装置等,已经或正在建设的VOCs处理装置均需配置VOCs在线监测系统.已经应用的大多数VOCs处理装置上采用的在线分析仪,基本为国外技术产品,亟须对分析仪进行国产化.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术监测污染物浓度,其光谱分辨率不大于1 cm-1,光谱测量速度不小于每秒1条,且对规定组分检测数值的偏差不大于8%.
Abstract
VOCs is the most important unorganized emission of pollutants in refining and chemical enterprises, and it is difficult to monitor and control, and poor supervision is prone to excessive emissions in the factory boundary, which leads to environmental complaints. Petrochemical refining and chemical enterprises have a large number of tank farms, oil loading and unloading platforms, sewage plants, production equipment, etc., have or are building VOCs treatment devices, which need to configure VOCs online monitoring system. The online analyzer in most VOCs processing devices has been used, which is basically foreign technology products, and it is urgent to localize the analyzer. In this paper, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy technology was used to monitor pollutant concentration, and its spectral resolution was not greater than 1 cm-1, the spectral measurement speed was not less than 1 per second, and the deviation of the specified component detection value was not more than 8%.
