低硫船用燃料油调和生产方案研究进展

在国际海事组织(IMO)公布船用燃料油低硫化政策下,各企业积极应对低硫船用燃料油市场带来的挑战,调整炼油结构,把握难得的机遇.介绍了生产低硫船用燃料油的脱硫技术和目前国外研究可行的渣油高效利用技术,加氢渣油、催化柴油、脱沥青油及催化油浆等都可作为主要的调和组分,对低硫船用燃料油的小试及中试调和方案研究进展进行整理,在各指标达到要求的前提下如何以低成本调和生产成为关键.在此基础上,分析介绍了某些生产低硫船用燃料油的炼厂典型的调和方案,各企业因原料类型和炼油工艺的不同,采取适应自身的调和生产方案,将经济效益最大化.
Research Progress of Blending Production Scheme of Low Sulfur Marine Fuel Oil
Under the International Maritime Organization (IMO) announced the low sulfur Marine fuel oil policy, the enterprises actively respond to the challenges brought by the low sulfur marine fuel oil market, adjust the refining structure, and seize the rare opportunity. In this paper, the desulphurization technology for the production of low sulfur marine fuel oil and the high efficiency utilization technology of residual oil were introduces. Hydrogenated residual oil, catalytic cracking diesel, deasphalted oil and catalytic cracking slurry can all be used as the main blending components. The research progress of pilot blending scheme of low sulfur marine fuel oil was reviewed, the key was how to blend with low cost under the premise that each index can meet the requirements. On this basis, the typical blending schemes of some refineries producing low sulfur marine fuel oil were introduced and analyzed. Due to the different types of raw materials and refining process, each enterprise should adopt its own blending scheme to maximize the economic benefit.
