Application of FHUDS-10/FC-16B Catalyst Grading System in Diesel Hydrorefining Unit
In order to solve the problems of high sulfur content of diesel and high yield of LTG in the previous cycle, the 2.4 Mt·a-1 diesel hydrorefining unit of Yan'an Petrochemical Plant adopts the FHI technology developed by FRIPP, along with supporting FHUDS-10 hydrorefining catalyst and FC-16B hydroupgrading catalyst. The application under different operating conditions shows that the catalyst grading system in the new cycle has excellent hydrogenation activity and hydrodewaxing activity, and strong adaptability to raw materials, since the liquid yield and diesel yield are relatively ideal. By adjusting the reaction temperature, this system can produce No.0 diesel products with all indicators meeting the national VI quality standard from different feedstocks and processing loads. In addition, compared with the feedstocks, the solidification point of diesel products decreases and the cetane index increases by 3 units, indicating that the FC-16B catalyst has good alkane isomerization performance and aromatic saturation ring opening ability, which is suitable for producing high-quality diesel products in diesel hydrogenation units.
