以 DMBA 为亲水剂,并引入纳米 SiO2 提升乳液涂膜综合性能,制备 WCCDA/SiO2 纳米复合乳液,并分析研究了纳米 SiO2 的作用机理.结果表明:WCCDA/SiO2 纳米复合乳液的最佳合成工艺为纳米 SiO2粒径8 nm、纳米SiO2质量分数1.00%、CDA质量分数27.0%.WCCDA/SiO2纳米复合乳液涂膜表面致密光滑,柔韧性、附着力、耐水性、耐黄变性、机械性能和热稳定性良好.WCCDA/SiO2纳米复合乳液成膜时,在涂膜表面形成许多细小的"凸起",产生荷叶效应,提高涂膜耐水、耐介质及耐黄变等性能.
Preparation and Properties of Carboxylate CDA Waterborne Polymer/SiO2 Nano-Composite Emulsion
WCCDA/SiO2 nano-composite emulsion was prepared by using DMBA as a hydrophilic agent,Nano-SiO2 was introduced into the system to improve the comprehensive performance of emulsion coating,and the interaction mechanism of nano-SiO2 was studied.The results showed that the optimal process of WCCDA/SiO2 nano-composite emulsion was as follows:mass fraction 1.00%of nano-SiO2(8 nm),mass fraction 27.0%of CDA.The coating surface was compact and smooth,and the flexibility,adhesion,water resistance,yellowing degeneration resistance,mechanical properties and thermal stability were excellent.When WSCDA/SiO2 nano-composite emulsion film was formed,many small'mastoids'were formed on the surface of the coating film,resulting in lotus leaf effect,improving the water resistance,medium resistance and yellowing resistance of the coating film.
