室内老化作用下高黏改性沥青性能研究

摘要
在中国海绵城市建设快速发展的过程中,多孔沥青路面得到了广泛应用.用于多孔沥青混合料的高黏改性沥青经历了复杂的老化环境.采用室内实验探究了不同老化作用对高黏改性沥青的影响,分别采用了三大指标、60℃动力黏度、PVN和MSCR进行测试,并通过FT-IR阐述了其老化机理.结果表明:老化作用会导致高黏改性沥青高温性能增加,黏度提高,弹性恢复能力增大;其老化作用是由沥青自身老化和增黏剂、SBS树脂降解两部分导致,其中沥青自身老化占主导因素.本研究可为解决多孔沥青路面用高黏改性沥青结合料的老化行为提供思路.
Abstract
In the process of rapid development of sponge city construction in China,porous asphalt pavement has been widely used.The high viscosity modified asphalt used in porous asphalt mixture has experienced a complex aging environment.In this study,the effects of different aging effects on high viscosity modified asphalt were investigated by laboratory tests.Three major indicators,60℃dynamic viscosity,PVN and MSCR were used for testing,and the aging mechanism was described by FT-IR.The results showed that the aging effect led to the increase of high-temperature performance,viscosity and elastic recovery ability of high-viscosity modified asphalt.The aging effect was composed of asphalt aging and binder and SBS resin degradation,among which asphalt aging was dominant.This study can provide ideas for solving the aging behavior of high viscosity modified asphalt binder used in porous asphalt pavement.
