磺酸树脂催化木糖制备糠醛反应动力学

研究了温度为398.15~438.15 K时,以DNW-Ⅱ耐高温磺酸树脂为催化剂,催化木糖反应制备糠醛的反应动力学过程.建立了反应的动力学模型,通过实验数据拟合得到了木糖降解、糠醛降解以及缩合反应的反应速率常数.根据阿伦尼乌斯方程拟合可得到其活化能分别为41.5、32.4、36.2 kJ·mol-1.建立了磺酸树脂催化条件下木糖制备糠醛的反应动力学方程,该方程能够较为准确地预测木糖制备糠醛过程糠醛收率随时间的变化关系.
Reaction Kinetics of Xylose to Furfural Catalyzed by Sulfonic Acid Resin
The kinetics of furfural preparation from xylose with DNW-Ⅱ sulfonic acid resin as catalyst was studied in the range of 398.15 K to 438.15 K.The kinetic model of the reaction was established,and the reaction rate constants of xylose degradation,furfural degradation and condensation reaction were obtained by fitting the experimental data.According to Arrhenius equation fitting,the activation energies were 41.5 kJ·mol-1,32.4 kJ·mol-1 and 36.2 kJ·mol-1,respectively.The kinetics equation of xylose to furfural catalyzed by sulfonic acid resin was established,which can accurately predict the change of furfural yield with time in the process of xylose to furfural.
