Determination and Correlation of Trans-Anethole-p-Anisaldehyde Excess Enthalpy at Room Temperature under Atmospheric Pressure
The excess enthalpy of trans-anisole(1)-p-anisaldehyde(2)binary system at 25℃,30℃and 35℃was determined by C80 Setharam microcalorimeter under atmospheric pressure in view of the lack of thermodynamic data of the main components of star anise oil.The experimental data were correlated by Redlich-Kister equation with small relative deviation. The excess of binary system was positive in the whole concentration range, and its maximum value was around ݔଵ=0.5.Temperature had a certain effect on the excess enthalpy, and the excess enthalpy decreased with the increase of temperature.
