煤焦油加氢制备喷气燃料工艺探索

以新疆某企业净化后煤焦油为原料,在加氢精制段压力为16.0 MPa、温度为 365℃、空速为0.6 h-1、氢油体积比为1000,加氢改质段压力为16.0 MPa、温度为 370℃、空速为 1.0 h-1、氢油体积比为1000的条件下,在固定床中试装置上开展加氢实验.结果表明:净化后煤焦油原料经过加氢精制与改质后,馏程明显前移,产品碳氢比明显下降,饱和烃含量明显提升,芳烃含量显著下降,胶质完全转化为常规油品组分.切割出的130~285℃喷气燃料馏分满足国家标准(GB 6537-2018)3号喷气燃料标准.
Exploration of the Process for Producing Jet Fuel through Coal Tar Hydrogenation
Taking the purified coal tar from a certain enterprise in Xinjiang as raw material,hydrogenation experiments were carried out in a fixed bed pilot plant under the conditions of 16.0 MPa pressure,365℃temperature,0.6 h-1 space velocity and 1000 volume ratio of hydrogen to oil in refining section,and 16.0 MPa pressure,370℃temperature,1.0 h-1 space velocity and 1000 volume ratio of hydrogen to oil in hydro-improving section.The results showed that after hydrofining and upgrading,the distillation range of purified coal tar feedstock moved forward obviously,the carbon-hydrogen ratio of the product decreased obviously,the saturated hydrocarbon content increased obviously,the aromatic hydrocarbon content decreased obviously,and the gelatine was completely converted into conventional oil components.The jet fuel fractions at 130~285℃met No.3 jet fuel standard in the national standard(GB 6537-2018).
