摘要
含砂雾封层技术是一种针对路面面层初期病害的预防性养护手段.采用实验室乳化沥青制备以及测试分析手段进行含砂雾封层乳化沥青自主开发研究,进行满足要求的多种乳化剂、基质沥青、填料以及添加剂的选取及考察,优选适合该技术的乳液配方,测试其实际使用性能.综合考虑乳化剂的乳化能力、基质沥青的基本性质、填料以及添加剂对乳化沥青乳液的乳化能力、体系稳定性以及储存稳定性的影响,调整组成配方,优化含砂雾封层乳液制备条件,得到适宜的含砂雾封层乳液配方,使其具有良好的使用效果和经济效益.
Abstract
The sand-containing fog seal technology is an effective preventive maintenance method for the initial diseases of the pavement surface layer.The laboratory emulsified asphalt preparation and test analysis methods were used to carry out the independent development and research of emulsified asphalt containing sand fog seal coat.The selection and inspection of various emulsifiers,base asphalt,fillers and additives were carried out,and the lotion formula suitable for this technology was optimized to test its actual use performance.Comprehensively considering the emulsifying ability of emulsifier to base asphalt,the basic properties of base asphalt,the influence of fillers and additives on the emulsifying ability,system stability and storage stability of emulsified asphalt lotion,the composition formula was adjusted,the preparation conditions of sand-containing fog seal emulsified asphalt lotion were optimized,and the appropriate sand-containing fog seal emulsified asphalt lotion formula was obtained.
