渤海油田调整井钻井液体系优化研究与应用

摘要
渤海油田由于油藏地质沉积和层系井网特点及长期注水开发对地层原始压力系统的破坏,在钻井过程中主要面临复杂压力系统、水敏性软泥页岩地层造浆及低压衰竭储层保护等问题.室内优化了PEC钻井液体系的流变稳定性和承压封堵能力,可显著改善钻井液钻遇水敏性泥页岩的流变稳定性,同时可大幅提高钻井液承压封堵能力,储层保护效果良好,渗透率恢复值都在90%以上.优化后的钻井液体系在渤海油田成功应用,易造浆井段的流变性稳定,起钻效率明显提高,缩短建井周期,提高开发时效,取得较好的应用效果,满足渤海油田压力衰竭地层钻井工程安全和储层保护双重要求.
Abstract
Due to the characteristics of reservoir geological sedimentation and stratigraphic well pattern,as well as the damage of long-term water injection development to the original pressure system of the formation in Bohai Oilfield,in the process of drilling,it mainly faces the problems of complex pressure system,water-sensitive soft mud shale formation grouting and low-pressure depletion reservoir protection.The rheological stability and pressure plugging capacity of the PEC drilling fluid system were optimized in the laboratory,which could significantly improve the rheological stability of the drilling fluid drilling in water-sensitive shale,and at the same time,it could greatly improve the pressure plugging capacity of the drilling fluid,and the reservoir protection effect was good,and the permeability recovery value was above 90%.The optimized drilling fluid system was successfully applied in the Bohai Oilfield,and the rheology of the slurry section was stable,the drilling efficiency was significantly improved,the well construction period was shortened,the development timeliness was improved,and the application effect was good,which met the dual requirements of drilling engineering safety and reservoir protection in the pressure exhaustion formation of Bohai Oilfield.
