摘要

聚乙烯滚塑专用料的力学性能和耐环境应力开裂性能对滚塑制品的品质至关重要,影响滚塑制品在长效使用下的安全性.以Ziegler-Natta催化剂制备的乙丁共聚聚乙烯滚塑料为基料,通过共混超高分子量聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙等助剂,实现了聚乙烯滚塑料力学性能和耐环境应力开裂性能的同步提升,均达到进口茂金属乙丁共聚聚乙烯滚塑专用料的水平.耐环境应力开裂性能上,超越进口茂金属乙丁共聚聚乙烯滚塑料,且具有良好的共混相容性.

Abstract

The mechanical properties and environmental stress cracking resistance of polyethylene blow molding material are crucial for the quality of blow-molded products,affecting the safe long-term use of blow-molded products.Ethylene-butene copolymer blow molding material prepared by using Ziegler-Natta catalyst was used as the base material,the mechanical properties and environmental stress cracking resistance of polyethylene blow molding material were simultaneously improved by blending with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,polyethylene wax,calcium stearate,and other additives,reaching the level of imported metallocene ethylene-butene copolymer blow molding material.In terms of environmental stress cracking resistance,it had surpassed the imported metallocene ethylene-butene copolymer blow molding material,and had good compatibility in the blend.
