影响尾气脱臭设施长周期运行的因素及对策

摘要
针对中国石化九江石化公司尾气脱臭设施运行2个生产周期内出现的一些异常情况,分别从设计、原料性质、操作3个因素进行简要原因分析,并对不同因素的影响进行风险分析,结合生产实际提出相应的解决方案,实现尾气脱臭设施长周期安全平稳运行.
Abstract
In response to some abnormal situations that occurred during the two production cycles of the tail gas deodorization device in Sinopec Jiujiang Petrochemical Company,a brief analysis of the reasons was conducted from three factors:design,raw material properties and operation.The impact of different factors was analyzed for risk,and corresponding solutions were proposed based on production practice to achieve long-term safe and stable operation of the tail gas deodorization device.
