Detection and Risk Assessment of Common Pesticides in Abrus Cantoniensis Hance
An analytical method for commonly used pesticide residues in Abrus cantoniensis Hance was established, and residual risk assessment was carried out.QuEChERS method was used for purification, and 11 pesticides were determined in 50 batches of Abrus cantoniensis Hance by UPLC-MS/MS;the point assessment model was used to calculate the long-term intake risk(ADI);the joint exposure risk of multiple pesticide residues was evaluated using the hazard index method, expressed as HI;using the risk ranking matrix of veterinary drug residues for reference, the risk score of pesticide residues was calculated. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the 11 pesticide components were all greater than 0.990,with recoveries ranging from 79.1%to 117.1%.A total of 5 pesticides were detected, with the highest detection rate of pyraclostrobin;the ADI ranged from 0.002%to 0.048%,and the HI was 0.001.The analysis method is simple, fast, accurate, and reliable, and is suitable for the analysis and testing of pesticide residues in Abrus cantoniensis Hance.
