Chemical Performance Analysis of Binary Composite Flooding and Research on Enhanced Oil Recovery Technology
As global dependence on fossil energy continues to grow, improving oil field recovery has become one of the key challenges for the petroleum industry. In this article, the chemical stability, compatibility, permeability, flow characteristics and oil displacement effect of a binary composite flooding system containing surfactant FDR and polyacrylamide of different molecular weights were discussed. The research results showed that under low environmental factor index(0~4),chemical agents showed high stability, but as the environmental factor index increased, their stability fluctuated and gradually decreased. In the evaluation of permeability and flow characteristics, the increase in flow pressure difference resulted in an increase in permeability from 0.265 mD to 1.236 mD.In the evaluation of oil displacement effect, the surfactant mass fraction increased from 1%to 6.21%,and the oil displacement efficiency increased from 1.212%to 2.285%.In addition, improving reservoir conditions and optimizing injection pressure had a significant impact on the improvement of recovery rate.Under certain conditions, the recovery rate could be increased to 3.283%.This study revealed the performance of binary composite flooding technology under different conditions and provided theoretical and practical basis for optimizing oil field recovery.
